Liquid-cooled commercial & industrial storage cabinets
For factories, commercial buildings, EV-charging hubs and small solar plants, MARS liquid-cooled cabinets pack 93 to 372 kWh of LFP storage with integrated liquid thermal management, BMS, fire suppression and an optional PCS in a single IP54/IP55 outdoor enclosure. Cabinets are installed side by side and paralleled to 1–2 MWh, with cell temperature held within ±3 °C for 6,000+ cycle life even in hot climates.
Highlights
- 280 Ah / 314 Ah LFP cells, 1P52S modules, 1,331 V DC bus; 0.5 C standard, 1 C optional.
- Liquid cooling with variable-speed chiller — lower auxiliary consumption and noise than air cooling.
- Aerosol fire suppression, combustible-gas detection, pressure-relief venting, cell-level monitoring.
- Communication: Modbus TCP, CAN, RS485; EMS with time-of-use, demand-limit and PV-shift strategies.

FAQ: Liquid-Cooled ESS Cabinets
Why liquid cooling for a C&I cabinet?
Liquid cooling keeps every cell within a narrow temperature band, which is what determines cycle life. It also allows higher energy density and quieter, lower-power auxiliaries than air cooling — valuable on hot sites and where the cabinet stands near occupied buildings.
Can cabinets be paralleled?
Yes. Standard cabinets parallel on the AC side through a common LV board or on the DC side into a central PCS, up to about 2 MWh per cluster; beyond that a containerised system is usually more economical.
Is a PCS included?
Cabinets are available as DC battery cabinets for an external PCS, or as all-in-one AC-coupled units with 50–250 kW integrated PCS and EMS. Tell us the grid connection and we will propose the right split.
What site preparation is needed?
A level concrete plinth or steel base, 800 mm clearance for doors and service, AC and communication cable entry from below, and an earth connection. No building is required; the enclosure is rated for outdoor installation.
